This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you visit our website and use our SaaS platform services. By accessing or using our services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

• Account Data: Your account information is retained for the duration of your active account. Once your account is deleted, all associated personal data is permanently removed from our systems.
• Google User Data: Any data we receive from Google APIs (e.g., through Google Sign-In) is stored only while your account is active and is permanently deleted when you delete your account.
• Technical Logs: Server logs and analytics data are retained for up to 90 days for security and performance monitoring purposes, after which they are automatically purged.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, and delete your personal data at any time. We provide the following options to exercise your rights:

• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account directly from within the application. When you delete your account, all of your personal data — including your name, email, profile information, and any data obtained through Google Sign-In — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our databases.
• Google Data Revocation: In addition to deleting your account, you may revoke iTruckr's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page. Upon revocation, we will no longer have access to your Google data, and any previously stored Google data will be deleted.
• Data Export: You may request a copy of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@itruckr.com. We will provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format within 30 days of your request.
• Request via Email: If you are unable to delete your account through the application, you may contact us at privacy@itruckr.com to request account deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.
